Sometimes we focus in on all of the things we are missing in our life that we do not realize what we do have and what we should be grateful for. Today we want you to only focus in on the things that you have and are thankful for!

For today’s challenge – we want you to take out a pad and paper and make a list of the top 20 things you are grateful for in your life and find ways to both acknowledge appreciate them.
